It has been a very long time since I posted here.  My lack of geekhood has kept me out of my blogs until now.  I finally got far enough in to reset my password so that I CAN update you on what is happening in my art life.  Thank God!

This is a painting I was inspired to create from a headshot of an angel statue that had become completely engulfed in vines.  Her 'wings' are formed from imagined headstones behind her, and she appears as if she could very well be alive instead of a statue.  Most people wouldn't sit with a branch upon their heads, I suppose.  Anyway, I hope you enjoy her.
